She does a great job with exams and considers her patient’s needs.
She noticed that my eyes were dehydrated at my most recent appointment. I have experienced watering eyes for a long time, and nobody has ever found an excellent solution to my problem. After a close exam of my eyelids, she noticed that my oil glands were entirely clogged and suggested a treatment: a deep cleaning of my eye glands. Initially, I was skeptical, but she gave me confidence that my problem could be solved.
Well, the treatment is excellent! She puts on very relaxing music, and while you lay quietly on the chair, the cleaning goes on and is thorough.
My vision improved; I have more tears now, and my eyes are not constantly watering. I’m super grateful for the steps she’s taken with me to improve my eye health.
She’s incredibly responsive and cares about her patients. I’m so grateful to have found her.
And the staff is fantastic! They are friendly and attentive to their customers’ needs.
